Your Role: As a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the consultancy's growth. You will lead critical efforts in assessing property conditions, managing development projects, and providing expert advice to clients. This role offers a unique platform for professional growth, mentorship, and advancement. Key responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive Building Surveys and Technical Due Diligence (TDD) Surveys. Manage Dilapidations processes, delivering strategic solutions. Prepare detailed Schedules of Condition. Develop Planned Maintenance Programmes (PMP) to enhance asset value. Negotiate Party Wall Matters. Build industry relationships and contribute to business growth. Your qualifications and experience: RICS or AssocRics Chartered Building Surveyor (or equivalent) is essential. Degree in Building Surveying or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of surveying experience. Strong report writing and project management skills. Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple projects.
