The Respite Rooms supports single women experiencing homelessness, violence against women and girls (VAWG) and multiple disadvantage, by providing safe and secure temporary accommodation. We support 8 women across 2 properties in the BCP area, offering guidance and support to begin their journey to recovery from abuse and violence. The service began as a government-funded pilot for 18-months, delivered by BCHA in collaboration with BCP Council, to tackle female homelessness in the BCP area.
