Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager with a solid background in refrigeration systems. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. The role combines account management, revenue growth, and technical solution delivery, while also supporting operational tasks with the warehouse team from the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Account Management & Growth: Oversee assigned key accounts, maintaining strong business relationships while identifying opportunities for service expansion and growth.
* Revenue Generation: Seek out new markets, partnerships, and service projects to drive revenue and business development.
* Customer Satisfaction: Foster and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded while adhering to company policies and standards.
* Technical Solutions: Provide technical proposals and solutions, particularly in refrigeration systems, tailored to client needs.
* Service Projects: Prepare quotations and manage service projects to deliver added value to customers.
* Operational Oversight: Support and oversee warehouse and depot operations as needed, ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Experience in:
* Industrial & Commercial refrigeration systems

* Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Effective negotiation, planning, and networking abilities
* Time management skills and a professional, approachable attitude
* Confident in managing people and building rapport with clients and colleagues alike
