A well-established business within the construction industry is looking for an experienced Procurement Assistant/Administrator/Officer to join their busy and growing department on a temporary basis initially.
The role has become available due to company growth and increased workload, there is scope for this role to turn into a permanent position for the successful candidate.
Duties will include liaising with clients and suppliers, obtaining pricing/quote details, preparing work packs, working regularly with MS Excel, and assisting with reporting to management.
For this role the client is looking for individuals with previous experience in procurement, and confident ability with MS Excel (able to use basic formulas and sums).
If you have experience in the construction or engineering industries this is beneficial, however not essential as the client will consider any industry experience within procurement.
