About the Role As a member of our Art Department, you will: Teach Art and Design across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to contribute to Key Stage 5 if you are an experienced teacher. Plan and deliver engaging lessons across various media, including drawing, painting, printmaking, and digital work. Inspire students to think critically, explore their creativity, and take pride in their work. Support student progress through thoughtful assessment, feedback, and individualized support. Contribute to the wider life of the department by leading art clubs, organising exhibitions, and providing enrichment opportunities.
