How you'll make an impact
As Oracle EPM Lead Architect, you'll take ownership of the Oracle EPM suite, ensuring operational stability, seamless integration, and strategic alignment with global financial goals. You'll lead a talented team and work closely with senior leadership to deliver transformation projects across multiple territories.
* Lead and develop a high-performing team supporting Oracle EPM solutions
* Shape and deliver the Oracle EPM Cloud architecture strategy and roadmap
* Guide stakeholders across the business on best practice and strategic priorities
* Provide financial system insight to senior leadership, supporting business decisions
* Ensure robust governance of support processes, issue resolution, and root cause analysis
* Oversee the delivery of product enhancements, patches, and upgrades
* Manage end-to-end EPM project cycles including design, development, testing, and transition to BAU
* Maintain system documentation and support playbooks for efficiency and scalability
* Continuously assess and improve service tools and support frameworks

Essential:
* Significant hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud
* Proven track record of delivering successful EPM transformation projects
* Oracle Certified Professional (or equivalent)
* Strong foundation in IT, Finance or related field
Preferred:
* Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies
* Knowledge of Oracle applications and architecture
* Experience in COBIT or ITIL frameworks
What you'll get in return
