We are seeking an experienced Agency Set Up Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up new agencies, managing relationships with clients, and ensuring smooth project delivery.
Responsibilities
* Set up new agencies, including configuring systems and providing training to clients
* Manage client relationships, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
* Coordinate project delivery, working closely with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes
* Maintain accurate records, using data analysis tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* At least 2 years' experience in agency set up, preferably in a similar industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant systems
