4 day working week Monday and Tuesday off and another day in the week
Hours Full time position 45 hours a week

Straight shifts approx. 10am -10pm

Stunning award-winning Restaurant with Rooms in North Yorkshire is looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie to join a strong brigade headed up by an award-winning Head Chef. Locally sourced food cooked and presented to a high level. Looking to speak to experienced Chef de Parties with fresh food backgrounds.
Chef de Partie The Role
You will play a major part in creating a tantalising menu using seasonal local produce.
Sourcing of produce and training the brigade to deliver a consistent high level of service.
Chef de Partie Experience
We are looking for Chef de Parties with a passion for food already used to delivering a high standard of food
You will ideally have worked in a similar Restaurant/Gastro Pub environment and be used to working with local produce.
Ideally worked at 1 or 2 rosette level
