Senior Business Support Administrator

Salary: £27,000 to £30,000

Business Support Administrator Responsibilities:
1. Providing all areas of the business with administrative support
2. Dealing with all tasks relating to facility management
3. Assisting with booking meeting rooms, filing, and covering for colleagues when on leave.
4. Onboarding new clients and ensuring they have the correct compliance contracts
5. Greeting all guests that come into the office with a warm welcome
6. Assisting the managers with company events
7. Providing a high level of customer service
8. General office administrative duties when required.
Business Support Administrator Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of administrative experience
2. Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
3. Strong user of MS Suite
4. High level of attention to detail
5. Confident and proactive person
6. Able to motivate yourself
7. If you have managed staff before, this would be an advantage but not essential
