Main duties of the job This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and experienced Health Care Assistants who are looking for a rewarding role where they are able to provide high quality patient & family focused care within a supportive environment. Successful candidates will have previous experience in a caring role, a recognised caring qualification and will possess excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills. Flexibility to work across both the Community and In-Patient Unit is important. Whilst palliative care experience is valuable, it is not essential as full training and support will be given.
