Customer Service Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a leading housing business based in Daneshill. This is a full time, ongoing temporary position.
Responsibilities:
1. Speaking to customers via phone and email
2. Chasing contractors
3. Supporting the customer service team with a variety of duties
4. Logging data on to the internal system
5. Keeping customers updated
Requirements:
1. Excellent telephone manner
2. Proven Administration experience
3. Available immediately
4. IT proficient
5. Team Player
The Administrator role
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
£12.25 per hour
Fully office based
Temporary ongoing position
