Job Title: HSE Advisor - Fabrication Reports to: Head of QHSE Fabrication Supervised by: OSS Deputy Package/Fabrication Manager, FOU Fabrication Manager, WTG Fabrication Manager Role Purpose / Success Criteria The HSE Advisor supports the Fabrication Team and Package Management in implementing HSE strategies at supplier sites. This role ensures HSE activities are planned, managed, and executed to meet project goals. Success Criteria: Reduced TRIR and NCR at fabrication sites Implementation of Supplier Improvement and Assurance Plans Timely milestone completion Supplier performance aligned with HSE objectives Responsibilities Ensure supplier compliance with HSE requirements Conduct risk-based supplier assessments Provide HSE support to the team Monitor Supplier HSE Improvement Plans and Assurance Activities Contribute to HSE reporting and audits Promote a safety culture and continuous improvement Key Tasks Review supplier HSE documentation (plans, procedures, risk assessments) Execute Supplier HSE Activity Plans and conduct assessments Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance Maintain Synergi for tracking HSE data Assist with HSE reporting, incident investigations, and audits Participate in supplier and project meetings Verify supplier HSE performance and reporting Qualifications IOSH/NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent (Diploma preferred) 5 years of industrial fabrication experience 10 years in QHSE management Knowledge of local safety regulations Certifications: Work at Height, First Aid, valid medical certificate Fluent in English and local language (if applicable) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
