What You'll Be Doing: * Maintaining our central software register-licensing, subscriptions, renewals, and usage across the Group. * Reviewing software use across departments to spot underused tools, duplicate systems, and cost-saving opportunities. * Supporting better adoption of existing tools, working closely with IT, finance, and operational teams. * Helping us stay audit-ready and compliant with licensing agreements. * Producing clear, actionable reports that help shape smarter procurement and usage decisions. * Supporting improvements in asset tracking and playing a role in responsible AI tool adoption. ??
