Our client is looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse with a minimum of two years post-qualification experience to join their team as a Clinical Lead Nurse and help the practice grow.
Clinical Lead Nurse responsibilities will include:
* Work alongside their Clinical Nurse Manager to maintain, support, and introduce updates to clinical standards in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team.
* Develop protocols and SOPs for specific areas of the practice to ensure a standardized and evidence-based approach to patient care.
* Work with the clinical teams and other lead nurses to organise patient flow on a day-to-day basis to ensure the most effective and efficient approach to the workload.
* Identify and improve the efficiency of the patient pathway from admission through to discharge.
* Line management of a number of direct reports, including regular feedback, coaching, and development discussions where needed.

* As an ideal candidate, you would have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and be able to work comfortably with autonomy in a growing hospital.
* The Clinical Lead Nurse is key to the business's ability to provide a high level of clinical standards.
* The Clinical Lead Nurse will ensure that patients are managed as effectively as possible from a nursing perspective to support the delivery of outstanding patient care.

Salary: Competitive salary of up to £37,275 per annum - that is reflective of skills and experience. Pro-rata for part-time hours.
