Job responsibilities Some of the duties include: Inbound/outbound calls-Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette Issue repeat prescriptions requested by patients, monitoring over usage and excessive demand, forwarding concerns and queries to the GPs and/or Pharmacist. Communicate with pharmacies and care/nursing homes re: prescriptions Typing referrals/documents accurately and efficiently Maintain organised medical records and documentation Support the team with general administrative tasks Assist with office correspondence and emails
