What’s involved?
Your main duties whilst working within the kitchen would be as follows:
11. To input into the writing of menus for all food out lets with regular reviews.
12. To assist with the training and development of all departmental staff
13. To maximise yield within the department
14. To liaise with Dept. Managers to ensure exceptional service levels are consistently delivered to guests.
15. Present a welcoming impression to our guests by all staff.
16. To liaise with suppliers, when required, and ensure delivery of commodities to specification agreed from a reputable and traceable source.
