The Role:
Join as an Associate Consultant, on a 3-year rotation programme, learning executive search techniques across sectors. Responsibilities include:
* Attending initial client meetings to understand role requirements, company culture, and expectations
* Working with senior team members to establish the scope of a search, utilizing databases to map relevant sectors and companies
* Contacting market sources for diligence on companies and candidates
* Making initial contact with prospective candidates, assessing their relevancy, and advising them on opportunities
* Meeting candidates to assess fit through competency-based interviews
* Producing longlist, shortlist, and appraisal documentation for clients
* Acting as a liaison and trusted adviser to candidates and clients throughout the process
* Assisting in taking formal references for candidates
