As an Account Manager, your role is pivotal to the success of the business. You are specifically accountable for delivering exceptional customer service across our existing and potential customer base. As an expert, you are responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships within your targeted territory.

Key Responsibilities
1. Creating strong leads and opportunities for all ECP channels, ensuring compliance across all marketing and promotional activity both internally and externally.
2. Identifying existing, lapsed, and new business opportunities within branch-specific geographical areas.
3. Conducting customer account reviews with the branch management team, focusing on all KPIs and potential opportunities.
4. Developing positive and professional working relationships with key internal stakeholders whilst maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the automotive aftermarket.
5. Acting as a key member of the ECP Business Development Team, actively demonstrating the standards, behaviours, and values of the team to drive effective teamwork across the business.
6. Participation in regional business-specific customer events.
7. Attendance of national and local training events.
8. Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
