You'll lead a small team, mentor colleagues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your contributions will help foster an engaging culture for over 50 talented professionals while delivering exceptional services to clients.
🌍\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead and manage all aspects of business operations in alignment with the organisation's vision and values.\nOversee operational processes, seeking feedback to drive continuous improvements.\nManage and develop systems, including the HR system (IRIS) and a new knowledge management system.\nSupport Directors with diary management, travel, and training requests.\nEnsure value for money from external suppliers and manage performance and costs.\nCoordinate and complete external audits.\nGenerate insightful reports to support business operations.\nOrganise meetings, prepare presentation slides, and document minutes.\nProject manage various business and social events throughout the year.\nPerform other ad-hoc duties as needed.
