This role involves coordinating exam schedules, liaising with exam boards, and providing support to students and staff regarding examination matters. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the scheduling, organisation, and administration of all internal and external exams. Liaise with exam boards and ensure compliance with their regulations and requirements. Maintain accurate records of exam entries, results, and related documentation. Communicate exam timetables and procedures to students and staff. Oversee the secure storage and distribution of exam materials. Provide support and guidance to students regarding exam procedures and regulations. Coordinate the recruitment, training, and deployment of invigilators. Manage the process for students with special examination arrangements. Address and resolve any issues or queries related to examinations. To be successful in this role, below is what we would need from you: Experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
