About the Role:
My client is seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Account Manager to join their growing team, specializing in the construction industry. This is a client-facing, business development-focused role where you will be responsible for winning new business, managing key client accounts, and maintaining long-term relationships. Your success will be measured by your ability to identify opportunities, grow client portfolios, and provide tailored recruitment solutions to the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development: Proactively identify and target new clients within the construction industry to expand our business footprint.

Account Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.

Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing effective solutions.

Market Intelligence: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the construction industry and recruitment market, leveraging this knowledge to offer valuable insights to clients.

Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate terms and fees with clients to secure profitable agreements.

Reporting & Forecasting: Monitor and report on client activity, ensuring business growth and achievement of targets.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure that client requirements are met with high-quality candidates.
Key Skills & Experience:
