This is a great opportunity for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a well-established business in the construction industry. The role involves identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential business opportunities. The SDR will work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to book meetings and support the sales pipeline.
The key focus will be targeting professional services, following a surveyor and architect referral route, and pitching directly to clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
* Qualify leads and schedule meetings for BDMs with key decision-makers.
* Follow a structured referral route through surveyors and architects.
* Pitch directly to clients and build strong relationships.
* Meet and exceed weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Keep the CRM system updated with accurate information.
* Work with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers and good client relationships.

Whats Needed
* 1+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role (construction industry experience is a plus).
