We are looking to recruit a highly organised and detail-orientated File Storage Clerk to join the team in Newcastle.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining physical and digital files, ensuring proper organisation, storage, retrieval and security of all records. This is an important role for ensuring smooth operations across the entire Firm. Other duties include, and are not limited to, dealing with file retrieval requests which might include travelling to our local warehouse, assisting with warehouse organisation to ensure maximum use of space available, which may include manual handling of large volumes of files and working at height. Appropriate training for all aspects of this role will be provided.
It is important for all prospective candidates to have excellent communication skills, be a proactive and self-motivated member of the team who has the ability to work individually as and when required, and hold a full UK driving license.
This role is full time office based and therefore not suitable for hybrid working.
