Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) Canary Wharf, London Permanent, Full Time (Monday to Friday) Competitive Salary Call-Out (Company Van provided when on call out) Overtime Flexible Benefits NG Bailey Facilities Services are looking for a talented Maintenance Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical Biased) to join our team that delivers an exceptional high standard of building services provision to our clients residential sites providing landlord maintenance. You will be responsible for carrying out electrical and mechanical fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installation, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service possible. There is call-out rota (1 in 5 weeks) where you will be provided a company van to get to and from site when on call but also during the working week. A UK Driving License is essential. Some of the key deliverables in this role will include: Deliver Multi Skilled PPM relating primarily to Building Services Plant and Systems Cost, manage and complete Reactive Works identified through PPM work undertaken. Develop excellent working relationships with our client. Provide “out of hours” call out cover. What we are looking for: We are looking for an experienced Mechanical / Electrical Maintenance engineer who has worked in a building services maintenance environment and can delivery exemplary customer service to our clients when on clients premises. City & Guilds Part 1 & 2 / AM1 / AM2 (or equivalent qualifications) Level 2 or 3 Electrical Qualification 18th Edition UK Driving License DESIRABLE: 2391 test and inspect, IOSH Working / Managing Safely Safe system of Work Procedure – PTW, RAMS, L8 Training, Cooling Tower Operator.
