ServiceNow Technical Specialist - Remote - £75-90k My global financial / professional services firm is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Specialist to join their specialised department delivering the ServiceNow products and platform Duties: - Provide technical support ensuring optimal performance across the SN platform - Provide advice and guidance across platform adoption and new capabilities - Review technical designs and solutions to ensure alignment and best fit - Work closely with SN Developers & Architects as well as Stakeholders and wider IT teams - Create, maintain and manage ServiceNow SaaS Platform HLDs and tech documentation - Take ownership of incidents, assessing and validating technical change Required Skills & Experience: - A minimum of 3 years experience with CSM (essential) - 3 years with ITSM Pro, ITOM and other modules (SPM, HR, SecOps, etc) - ITIL v4 Foundation or higher certification - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification - One or more ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications ServiceNow Technical Specialist - Remote - £75-90k
