2 x Contract Support Administrators/Advisors starting ASAP
Your new company
Our client based at the Alconbury Weald is looking to recruit 2 x temporary Contract Support Advisors to work within their Contract Administration Team. The post holders will undertake support duties for the operational and office-based teams, including but not limited to raising new work orders, allocation of work orders, and completion of work orders for reactive works.
Your new role
Typical duties will include:
1. To communicate effectively with customers, both internally and externally for the capture, recording, and distribution of service calls onto the CAFAM system.
2. Monitoring of inboxes and emails.
3. Raising of new work orders for Contract Managers.
4. Raising of reactive work orders for engineers.
5. To schedule works out to either Engineers or Subcontractors.
6. Chasing for attendance dates from subcontractors.
7. Arranging site escorts.
8. To ensure delays are requested and monitored to ensure delivery against agreed SLA's.
9. Hiring of equipment as and when required.
10. Regular check-in with engineers to make sure they are aware of any emergency jobs which are going to be scheduled out to them.
11. Chasing of paperwork for all open jobs.
12. Checking of subcontractor's paperwork and making sure all correct information is shown, such as start and finish times and a description of what was carried out.
13. Engineer time record changes/corrections.
14. Administration support to the contracts manager.
15. Provide a professional, efficient, and effective service delivery experience to both internal and external customers.
16. To provide support and cover when required for other regions.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have previous experience in working in a similar role where you have been working with work orders, scheduling contractors or engineers, or generally administration roles in a busy environment where you have to manage a busy and varied workload. You should be highly IT literate and able to work as part of a busy team. You will be organised, methodical, and work with a high level of accuracy.
What you'll get in return
This role is starting as soon as possible, working in modern offices based in Alconbury. There is free on-site parking. The roles are full-time working Monday to Friday 8-6 pm with 1 hour for lunch. They are fully office-based, so you need to be able to be in the office 5 days per week. The roles are offered ongoing with the chance to go permanent for the right candidates. The hourly rate is £14.96 per hour, including holiday pay.
