We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales person to join our regional office based in Sevenoaks as a Sales Manager.
Salary – OTE £45k to £50k, plus an Audi A3 company car
Type – Permanent, Full Time
Working Pattern – Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

This role has an absolute focus on sales to maximise business. The ideal candidate will be able to bring in new customers and grow existing ones across all sectors and product groups.
We are looking for a confident, proactive individual who will be self-motivated and forward-thinking in their approach to maximise sales and profit.
Key areas of responsibilities include:
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and customers.
* Visiting potential and existing customers and sites.
* Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Responding to and following up all sales enquiries.
* Having exemplary product knowledge and ensuring the region has the correct product samples.
* Meeting personal objectives and assisting in broader regional targets.
* Assisting in service calls and their resolution.
* Minimising regional stock holding.
* Participating in planning, pricing and quotations.

Key requirements:
* Proven professional experience in acquiring and developing new business as well as maintaining positive relationships with existing customers.
* Experience of the flooring industry or the new build sector is advantageous.
* A commitment to exceptional customer service and an understanding of the difference this makes to the growth of a business.
* Will be required to gain a current CSCS card and an Asbestos Awareness Training qualification.
* A DBS check is a requirement upon a successful application.
* A full and current UK driving licence is a required
