Our client, is a UK-based company with a prestigious international portfolio, specialises in store design, product development, project management, and installations across diverse retail environments. They are seeking a Client-facing Project Manager to oversee the delivery of their new store development program across the UK and EU.
Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you'll manage the entire store development process from briefing to store handover, including both Stage 1 (CAT-A) and Stage 2 (CAT-B) fit-out projects. You'll coordinate with internal teams, architects, contractors, and client teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of store projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project briefs, objectives, and timelines with internal stakeholders and clients.
* Oversee design and feasibility studies for new stores.
* Ensure projects adhere to budgets and timelines, coordinating with cost managers and project teams.
* Lead site meetings, monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality delivery at each project stage.
* Oversee fit-out installations, ensuring all brand requirements are met.
* Collaborate with contractors and suppliers for timely delivery and final handover.
