We are currently recruiting for a Property Insurance Claims Handler to be part of our thriving business.
About Us:
Concept Claim Solutions provides a hassle-free insurance claims management service, primarily serving the residential sector. When homeowners need to make a claim, our free service takes the stress out of dealing with insurers and coordinating the multiple tradespeople required to assess and fix the damage.
As a Claims Handler, you'll support our field-based Franchise Partners, guide customers through the claims process, manage claims from First Notification of Loss (FNOL) to settlement, and play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
* Building and maintaining relationships with area managers, customers, and clients.
* Managing the diaries of Franchise Partners and scheduling appointments.
* Liaising with Franchise Partners and contractors to coordinate job details.
* Gathering updates from area managers on the progression of claims.
* Collecting essential information from customers to ensure accurate claims handling.
* Responding to client inquiries via email.
* Preparing reports using Excel and our CRM systems.
* Staying up-to-date with referral schemes and internal processes.
* Maintaining a calm and empathetic approach while assisting customers in potentially distressing situations.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone with excellent telephone communication skills, strong IT capabilities, and experience working in a fast-paced claims environment. The ideal candidate is either studying for, or looking to pursue, CII or CILA qualifications.
