This is a dynamic role where you will align HR initiatives with ManpowerGroup's strategic goals, enhance organisational performance, and support transformative change.\n\nIn this position, you will have a direct impact on our people strategy, focusing on talent management, performance reviews, change management, and more. If you're passionate about aligning HR strategies with business objectives and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, we want to hear from you!\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nStrategic Partnership with Leadership:\n\nPartner with the CIO and his team to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational performance.\nProvide support for Transformation project including the change management associated with these projects.
Ensure smooth transitions and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any HR-related challenges that may arise.\nLead the performance review process for the global technology team, providing coaching and feedback to managers and employees.
