Key Duties include but are not limited to:
* Align product vision with company goals and market demands, shaping strategy, direction, and positioning
* Create business cases for planning and resource allocation
* Maintains a roadmap that aligns with business and customer goals
* Prioritize product features based on customer needs, business value, and stakeholder input, guiding development decisions
* Oversee product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
* Provide technical guidance and stay updated on industry trends
* Ensure product meets user and stakeholder needs, incorporating feedback from acceptance testing
* Communicate product vision, strategy, and capabilities to executives, clients, and other key stakeholders
* Collaborate across teams, ensuring alignment for successful product launches and continuous improvements.
* Apply a structured, feedback-driven approach to enhance the product over time
* Monitor KPIs to assess product success and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.
* Conduct market research to inform product features, pricing, and market positioning
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Product Manager position:
* A degree or HNC/HND in an engineering discipline would be desirable or equivalent relevant experience
* Experience in electronics design or engineering environment
* Having a good understanding of electronics
* The handling of miniature electronic components is preferred
