Hybrid Recruit are actively recruiting for an experienced Administrator, ideally with experience within a legal background. The Administrator will play a pivotal role in providing the paralegal team with administrative support. Responsibilities of the Administrator: Providing general support for the Paralegal team Carrying out general administrative duties Assisting Paralegals with administrative tasks involved in running their caseload Handling incoming correspondence Liaising with the Court to ensure claims are progressing or to chase updates Raising queries with clients to seek their instructions Bundling witness statements Organising case evidence for the Paralegal to assess Keeping case records up to date Requirements of the Administrator: A desire to progress into a Paralegal role Ideally have experience working in a law firm using a Case Management System Experience working as an administrator Knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong IT skills In return, the Administrator will receive: Salary: £24,000 / Year 22 Days holiday Bank Holiday Hybrid working 2 day in the office at the Bradford office.
