What We’re Looking For: Experience: 6 months to 2 years in a sales role (SDR/BDE) with proven success in achieving targets. Motivation: A results-driven, inquisitive mindset with a passion for hitting and exceeding goals. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; confident in delivering pitches. Understanding of Recruitment: Familiarity with recruitment processes is a big plus (ex-recruiters excel here).
