JOB DESCRIPTION
NorthBridge Partners is seeking an initiative-taking, results driven, proven leader to join our Development & Construction team. This position will participate in a diverse array of projects from ground up construction to complex tenant fit out and value add capital projects. The ideal candidate can work independently but demonstrates an ability to collaborate with a large team. The role will report to the Managing Director of Development but interfaces daily with internal partners across departments (Acquisitions, Asset Management, Asset Services, and Leasing). Externally the role will require substantial collaboration with a diverse array of contractors, design professionals, and NorthBridge’s existing and prospective tenants.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist the Managing Director with ground up new construction projects and major redevelopments
2. Partner with Asset Services and Asset Management on select capital and tenant projects serving as owner-representative managing relationships with internal and external clients (tenants), brokers, contractors, and design professionals
3. Assist the Leasing team with prospective tenant transactions, leading initial scope, cost estimates, work letter development, design, and ultimate execution
4. Assist the Acquisitions team with scoping capital and value-added redevelopment projects on prospective acquisition opportunities
5. Assume responsibility for managerial and administrative aspects of assigned projects including, scoping, estimating, scheduling, progress reporting, payables, design review and coordination, and cost estimate preparation
6. Assist the Asset Management & Services team with plan review for Tenant Work, coordinating with external resources as required
QUALIFICATIONS

1. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
2. Competence with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and BlueBeam preferred but not required
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
1. Minimum of 4 years of project management experience in all aspects of design and/or construction
2. Bachelor's degree is required. A degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field is preferred.
3. Experience within the industrial real estate business is preferred but is not a requirement
