Don’t worry you don’t need a degree in IT or programming, this growing company is looking for someone who is enthusiastic about business operations and is keen to support companies to find effective solutions to encourage growth through tech. Having an interest in AI, building customer relationships and having a logical approach to problem solving will be beneficial in this role. Working with CRM systems and an experienced team you will assisting with on boarding new business customers, maintaining and building strong working relationships with industry professionals. Create and update standard operating procedures and support the team by sharing knowledge and improving efficiency where possible. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating the internal databases and have an opportunity to assist with data migrations. For this you will need to be organised, plan effectively, and manage each customer, ensuring all processes are followed and properly documented. Salary - £23,000 - £25,000 Location – Fully Remote (occasional team meetings in Leeds) – highly desirable if local to Leeds Hours of work – Monday-Friday, 9-5PM, 37.5 Hours a week.
