As a rapidly expanding and over-subscribed school, we are seeking to appoint a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will assist the Headteacher in ensuring the school meets its educational and operational aims. This role involves providing professional leadership and management of school support staff, in partnership with teaching staff, to achieve improved standards of learning and achievement. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to collaborate with the wider Mowbray Education Trust Central Team in areas such as finance and HR to ensure compliance and efficiency.
