We have opportunities for experienced Warehouse Supervisors to join our Coldstore & Warehouse Team at Lisburn due to ongoing growth. The role of the Warehouse Supervisor is to assist with the efficient running of the warehouse operations during the shift and to meet the needs of the business. You report directly to the Warehouse Manager. About The Role Key Responsibilities: Assist with the receipt, storage, picking, wrapping, quality checking and dispatch of all goods which pass through the warehouse. Running the Crossdock operation on a daily basis and supporting the team. Perform warehouse operations and complete supporting paperwork. Process receipts and shipments in a timely manner. Maintain / Improve the appearance and cleanliness of the warehouse. Comply with Companys Health & Safety standards. Operate Forklifts, etc used in the warehouse in a safe manner. Supervision of a team to ensure they are carrying out their roles effectively, and meeting the targets expected for the shift. Motivate, encourage and give feedback to the employees on shift for continuous improvement. Ensure all documentation is completed and up to date on your shift for audit purposes. Complete training with new employees and implement further employee training when required. Carryout any other reasonable management request to meet the needs of the business when required. Key Requirements: Previous warehouse experience is essential. Crossdock operations experience. Valid Forklift Certificates Experience using Warehouse Inventory Management systems is desirable Excellent attention to detail and IT literate in standard packages Good interpersonal, written, literacy and team skills Terms: Full Time, 40 hours per week. Salary starting from £33,000 per annum Monday Friday Shifts. (Day Shift, Mid Shift, Nightshift) Rotating weekend overtime. Additional Annual Leave (Service Based).
