We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and dynamic individual to join our friendly and committed team. Experience of supporting children with SEND, as well as knowledge of strategies to support children's mental health and well-being, would be a distinct advantage for this role. This role is fixed term initially to the 31st August 2025. In addition, you will be required to take part in play activities during breaks and other aspects of school life.
The hours will be from 8.45 AM to 3.15 PM, 28.75 hrs per week, term-time only.
You will have:
1. A Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent, and experience of delivering English and Maths interventions;
2. A good understanding of English, Maths, and ICT;
3. GCSE English and Maths, grade C or equivalent;
4. A calm and flexible approach;
5. A good understanding of school policies and procedures relating to health & safety, behaviour, attendance, equal opportunities, and child protection.
