Our Day Centres support both older people with decreased mobility, those living with Alzheimer's, dementia and Parkinson's or individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. As a Support Worker across our Day Centres, you may be required to cover both types of centre. At our older people centres, you will deliver a range of tailored activities focused on maintaining independence and encouraging social interaction through both on-site and community-based activities. At our learning disability centres, you will be providing a holistic service that focuses on fostering independence and self-esteem, promoting social inclusion, and enhancing quality of life. Travel required across Essex to attend training, work at other centres, and in the community.
