Overview
Over a 3-year period (this does not include EPA period) we provide bespoke training for our Design Managers of the future along with on-the-job mentoring and learning. When not being fully supported on a site/office you will attend a local college or apprenticeship provider.
What you’ll be studying
You will study towards a Level 4 Construction Design and Build Technician Apprenticeship qualification which will be achieved through a combination of college work and gathering work-based experience and evidence.
Academic Requirements
Level 4: Minimum of 5 GCSE Grades A* - C (4-9) in Maths, English Language & a Science – Essential or a Level 2 Apprenticeship.
Role Summary
To support the Design Manager and project delivery team in managing the design of complex and multiple construction projects through design phases. You will develop construction knowledge and experience that will enable you to prepare innovative and cost-effective design solutions, working with the design and project delivery team, to ensure practical buildability, in line with the specification and compliance.
