Lay B&Q Cirque black 333mmx333mmx7.46 square ceramic floor tiles in bathroom, approx 2.3 square metres and the same tiles in en suite, approx 1.4 square metres. One floor-mounted toilet in each room, no sink pedestals (they will be removed and discarded), no heating pipes through the floorboards (all set through wall) Old carpet will all be taken up leaving bare chipboard floor (house is a Bovis built in 2003). Unsure whether tiles should go up against current skirting boards or skirting should be removed and replaced after tiles are laid right up to wall edge?!? Price for both options perhaps? (current skirting sits under the bottom edge of wall tiles) The old bath panel will be removed
