DC Assistant Consultant
We are looking for individuals with experience in the DC (Defined Contribution) pensions industry who are looking to develop their consulting skills and build on their DC pensions technical skills and market knowledge.
Successful candidates can be based in any one of our London, Croydon, Reading, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds offices.
Role and Responsibilities
* Prepare materials for DC governance clients.
* Support pension provider reviews, analyse tender responses and draft high quality summaries and reports.
* Deal with queries from pension providers and clients over the telephone and email in a timely manner applying judgement as to when issues need to be escalated.
* Produce draft member communication materials working in conjunction with senior colleagues, clients, providers and other third parties.
* Help identify and research business opportunities.
* Support DC provider research and share knowledge with colleagues.
* Regularly monitor all aspects of risk compliance.
Professional Qualifications
We would support you with studying for CFA, PMI or CII exams.

* Good understanding of the UK DC pensions landscape and issues facing clients.
* Organised and able to manage your time to consistently meet deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work effectively in a team.
