Sneinton St Stephen’s C of E Primary School is looking for a talented and committed teacher who has high expectations for pupil progress and a passion for their own professional growth.

This position is a maternity cover and is fixed term until the return of the substantive post holder, currently anticipated to be 13th April 2026.
You will:
1. Be a consistently effective or highly effective teacher.
2. Be passionate about teaching and learning and making a difference to every child.
3. Care passionately about children and their development whilst still driving forward pupil progress and achievement.
4. Value a team working approach and be keen to contribute and share your skills with colleagues.
5. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build on and maintain strong relationships with staff, parents and carers, children, governors and the local and wider community.
