Gap healthcare is currently recruiting for a new and exciting opportunity on behalf of our client based in Peterborough for an experienced Registered Children's Residential Home Manager.
Salary Details: £53-55k – negotiable depending on experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager to join a children/young people aged 8-18 years with Learning Difficulties and/or Emotional Behavioural Difficulties within the Peterborough area.
We are looking for a manager who is passionate about achieving the best outcomes for our young people.
If successful, you will manage 2 residential homes within Peterborough, and be part of recruiting a new staff team. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a direct a team in supporting vulnerable children and young people.
No two days are ever the same, sometimes they may be challenging but they will always be positive and rewarding.
What you will need to succeed:
· Diploma Level 5 in Leadership Health and Social Care Children and Young People, or equivalent.
· At least 2 years supervisor experience with a children's home.
· Previous experience of managing a children's home is desirable.
· Good knowledge of Ofsted regulations and legislation.
· Good knowledge of safeguarding.
· Strong, energetic leader.
· Computer literate.
· Organised and be able to multitask.
