About the role
Vision for Education are looking for dedicated Daily Supply Teachers to work across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) and/or Key Stage Two (KS2) depending on your experience within the Boston, Lincolnshire and the surrounding areas on a full/part-time basis to start in September 2024 in preparation for the next academic year.
Vision for Education have Daily Supply Teaching positions across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) and/or Key Stage Two (KS2). Depending on your availability we can offer you positions on a day-to-day, short-term, long-term or permanent basis to fit your requirements and experiences. We are always looking for a range of education professionals from all types of teaching backgrounds and varied experiences, this could be an experienced teaching professional looking for work that fits their current lifestyle or a Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to work in a variety of schools to again further experience before securing a permanent position. Vision for Education, work with a number of schools from small village primary schools to large academies within the Boston area.
To be considered for the position of Daily Supply Teacher, you will:
1. Demonstrate a high degree of commitment to effective teaching.
2. Have excellent communication skills with a passion for teaching and the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
3. Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
4. Hold, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS, registered to the Update Service.
5. Have a commitment, drive and enthusiasm to achieve the highest possible standard of teaching and learning.
6. Be comfortable and confident teaching EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.
7. Have excellent behaviour management strategies.
