As a Data Analyst at Rise at Seven, you'll guide us through data processes, change and automation. You’ll be situated in the Digital Strategy team, but your reach and impact will be business-wide. You’ll be responsible for data & reporting initiatives within Rise at Seven, giving us actionable insights to improve both our efficiency as a business and the performance of our clients. You’ll be our guiding light into data-focused growth. ABOUT YOU At least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing specific data or reporting role, preferably agency side. You’re innovative with a passion & love of data - and have ideas about how data can transform reporting, operations and automation. You feel comfortable with failure. We want you to test and learn. We don’t want ‘more of the same’; we need you to push boundaries and be creative. You have a commercial approach to leveraging data (whether that be internally or externally). You have proven experience of building better tools/processes for smarter reporting to prove commercial value. You feel comfortable (with the support of the team) presenting back to stakeholders and the wider business about new processes, our wins, opportunities and how we can improve collectively. You can use audience insights, search data and open-source data to make informed decisions about new windows of opportunities for the broader business to execute. Your insight will support new business, retained clients and projects. You stay current with how AI is being leveraged to speed up data cleansing or collection, and you regularly suggest how this could work within Rise at Seven. Track record of success in a personal or professional capacity of using data to generate ideas executed for a return (either commercially or operationally). You’re experienced with the Google suite specifically Google Sheets - plus tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio. THE JOB Day-to-Day Responsibilities Help the business monitor and track core client KPIs on a weekly basis to ensure client performance remains at the forefront of our decision-making. Provide regular reporting and updates on performance to client, owning and creating universal ways of reporting at Rise Lead (with the support of key stakeholders) the analysis, development and testing of data visualisations and data products. Improve our internal processes for data collection, cleaning and interpretation. i.e., for tasks such as keyword research, audience segmentation and forecasting. Creating robust cross-platform processes to help maximise efficiency in social campaign deliverables. Develop new methodologies for us to store and recall data for different industries and different client types. Allowing us to use historical data more efficiently throughout the organisation. Provide insights which facilitate the development of seo & content strategies, growth strategies and social strategies Help to identify, analyze/execute new and potential product/services, markets, and organic growth opportunities. Help the craft teams analyse performance to generate client value. Supporting digital strategy projects and campaigns across a range of verticals such as fashion, finance, home, health, and gambling. A solid understanding of platforms like Google, TikTok and Instagram would also be beneficial. Owning new analytical initiatives for both client reporting and organisational efficiency. Able to use historical and current data to identify trends in different industries across different platforms. Implement and manage data management systems within the organisation to prepare us for growth and allow us to manage large quantities of data from a centralised database.
