Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Assistant Manager role located in Bexleyheath. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales within the opticians. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will assist with staff training and implementing company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* Experience in retail management, customer service, and sales
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Organizational and time management skills
* Knowledge of optometry or optical industry is a plus, e.g., pre-screening to eye check content.
* Previous experience in a healthcare or retail setting
* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
