We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our Learning Disability Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (LD CAMHS) in Cheshire (Ellesmere Port & Chester). In this rewarding role, you'll work under the direct supervision of experienced clinicians, helping to deliver vital support to children and families. You'll assist in preventative work, behavioural assessments, and developing Positive Behavioural Support Plans and sleep strategies empowering families to create positive change. You'll also play a key role in co-working groups and sessions, attending multi-professional meetings, and contributing to Annual Reviews and safeguarding discussions (TAF, CIN, CP). Safeguarding & Compliance - Adhere to all Trust policies, safeguarding procedures, and data protection regulations, ensuring a safe and professional environment.
