Our Care in the Home business is growing across Chippenham!
We have exciting plans for our Care in the Home business across Chippenham and we would like to hear from highly motivated and proactive Support Workers who are passionate about providing care and support to our clients enabling them to continue to live in their own homes.
Our Clients:
Our care in the home services support children, young people, and adults with a wide range of conditions, including: brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological conditions and neurodegenerative diseases, respiratory conditions and gastro-intestinal conditions, including percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) feeding.
We don’t just look after the clinical needs of the people we support. We look after the whole person; we pride ourselves on the fact our care extends beyond the individual to their wider family and friends, as we understand the wider impact complex conditions can have.
Please note we are not able to offer sponsorship for this role and therefore will not be able to progress any candidates who require a certificate of sponsorship to work in the UK.

* Willingness to learn and develop.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Maintain professional boundaries with the client and their family members, adhering to direction from the care manager as appropriate.
* Participate in manual handling procedures as specified for the client if required.
