3. Collaborative Work: Support the SHiFT Team Manager in multi-agency and multi-disciplinary networks to drive system change.
4. Professional Oversight: Participate in practice discussions, supervision, and observation sessions.
5. Adherence to Standards: Meet ECC, Children and Family Services (CFS), and SHiFT practice standards in recording and assessments.
6. Safeguarding: Follow ECC CFS and SHiFT procedures for child protection and safeguarding.
7. Support Decision Making: Work with the team to use personal budgets for child enrichment activities.
8. Travel and Flexibility: Have a full UK driving licence and be flexible with working hours, including evenings and emergencies.
